Oxygen - acetylene flame welding characteristics and application scope:

2. Low dilution rate, fusion thickness can be controlled below 0.1mm, welding quality is easy to be guaranteed
3. Almost all the metal materials can be welded
4. High visibility, can do welding on a small area. Also, we can control the distribution of tungsten carbide when do tungsten carbide welding
5. It can reduce the toughness of the surfacing layer because of the carburizing effect of the carbonization flame, but it can improve the wear resistance of the surfacing layer
It is only applicable to small batch, small parts welding job due to the high intensity of labor, low deposition rate.

Manual arc welding characteristics and application scope:
1. Simple equipment, portable and cheap, suitable to do welding on site
2. Flexible and easy to operate, suitable for parts with irregular shape and poor accessibility
3. Chromium carbide overlay CCO plate has wide hardfacing alloy materials, it can also get the satisfactory surfacing alloy chemistry by choosing different welding electrodes.
