Chromium carbide weld overlay plates can be made to different wear parts after cutting, rolling and bending. And recently, we are making silo for one of our France customer according to drawings from them. They highly focus on the wear plate quality and only claim to use chromium carbide plate made of VAUTID wires.

We use 58-62 HRC 6+6 chromium carbide overlay plate to make this silo, Q235B 6mm+weld overlay 6mm. Polish the wear plates to a smooth finish so as not to have material hang-up in the silo.
