The hoist/elevator is the main equipment of cement production, hoist/elevator casing abrasive wear problems which affect safety production. The main wear parts are feeding side and both sides of hoist/elevator, easy to cause dust flying and also production environment has deteriorated.

1.Taking chromium carbide overlay plate as hoist/elevator lining plates to prolong their service lifespan
2.Extend the bucket unloading time, reduce feeding height
3.We need to adjust operating parameters for hoist/elevator jump stop problems caused by press material, to ensure that rolling machine materials throughput capacity and mill  feeding capacity should be properly matched to form the stability of material flow
4.For some problems caused by start unavailable, backstop damage, high current operation, we can can increase 20% power, get a larger size speed reducer.

Through the comprehensive reform, we can solve abrasive wear problems effectively, working efficiency of hoist/elevator is effectively improved.
