chromium carbide overlay plate for coal bunker liner plate is a new generation of wear and corrosion resistant material, a bimetallic plate made by open arc welding process, with smooth and flat hardfacing surface and high hardness, good mechanical strength.

Coal bunker in coal mine and power plant are mostly made by casting concrete, its surface is not smooth, also has high friction coefficient and high water absorption, which is the main reason of binding and blocking. Particularly some cases in the coal mining, blocking accident is especially serious as there are a lot of pulverized coal and water.

There are two kinds of common coal bunker blocking, one is the wet coal stick to the bunker wall,  a layer stack together, and finally form a rat hole, more coals will cause blocking then. The other one is the cone coal outlet forms a bypass due to the high internal friction resistance between wet coal blocks.
