Applications of chromium carbide overlay plate liner in coal - fired power plants

It contains 25-30% of chrome and 4-5% of carbon in welding wire, and chromium carbide overlay liners can be plasma cutting, we also make through-holes, countersink holes as you wish to meet your requirements, the main performance characteristics of chromium carbide overlay liner plate:
1.High hardness HRC 58-62
2.Good abrasion resistance, long service life,it can work at least 4 times better than high manganese steel and high chromium cast iron.
3.Wide applications. YaoYu has V-100 and V-143 chromium carbide overlay plate fighting high abrasive wear, and V-145 chromium carbide plate against high working temperature.
