To get a better quality and good appearance chromium carbide overlay pipe, we suggest to make 1m pipe each (because as you know,  pipes will become deformed after welding if you want to make a longer pipe such as 6m or 12m ) and connect them to longer pipes, if you have a higher requirement on pipe surface, we will process the total 12m pipe by sand blasting, so it will looks perfect without any bending or welding joint, welding position will not see by any eyes.
