Manufacturing process
Bimetallic wear resistant pipe is produced by digital automatically inner wall pipe welding machine with the open arc welding process, we have the wear resistant alloymaterials directly welded on the inner wall pipe of the seamless steel pipe, hardfacing layer contains high carbon and high chromium, hardness is HRC 58-62.
Bimetallic wear resistant pipe has an excellent wear resistant performance, it isparticularly suitable for severe abrasive wear working environment, weld-ability is good and easy to install, applications are cement industry, iron and steel industry, thermal power, dredging industry, etc
