Surfacing chromium carbide overlay plate in cement plant raw material conveying system

We have different thickness of wear resistant layer welded on Q235 steel plate using automatic welding machine, the wear resistance performance of common steel plate Q235 (or 16Mn) will be strengthen, also solves the problem came from large thickness of cast alloy steel wear plate, and poor welding performance (inconvenient installation). Therefore, hardfacing chromium carbide overlay plate was widely used in cement plant  in recent years. Main applications in cement plant raw material conveying system are:

1.Raw materials outlet and conveying groove, outlets and wear resistant steel pipe can be made from chromium carbide overlay plate.
2.Chromium carbide plate can be welded on the original raw materials outlet, specific sizes can be made by plasma cutting machine.
3.Screw bolt or hand welding are suggested during installation. We recommend using 8+4 or 8+6 chromium carbide wear resistant plate, and has it welded on the raw materials outlet by welding methods. Wear resistance ability is much more better than casting steel wear plate, light weight, more convenient in installation and transportation.
