As we all know that chromium carbide overlay plate can be welded, then how do we weld the joint of CCO plate-chromium carbide overlay plate ?

Do welding using Vautid wear resistant electrodes between the hardfacing layer, and use common electrodes between the backing plate layer. But please note that the chromium carbide overlay layer can not be mixed with the substrate material during the welding process, because this can lead to welding position fractures, and we YaoYu company recommend to use stainless steel electrode as transition layer.
