Impact toughness of ZGMn13 high manganese steel is very high, but the original hardness is not enough, it fails to make surface hardening effect under shock, so the high manganese steel liner wear fast as it can not reach high hardness. Moreover, the yield limit of high manganese steel is relatively low, approximately 359Mpa, it is easy to have plastic deformation in use, especially in the early stage of applications.

The hardness of chromium carbide overlay plate is HRC58-62, and wear resistance of YaoYu chromium carbide liner made of Germany VAUTID welding wire is much higher than that of domestic welding wire, the service lifetime has been improved greatly, also gets good performance in port applications against abrasive wear.
