Hardfacing wear resistant steel plate is a kind of composite wear resistant material, and bring many advantages because of the combination of backing plate and hardfacing layer, it has high hardness, excellent wear resistance and weldable, can be fixed after it was worn out, backing plate can be welded with other components, roll forming and cutting are also available. But we can only use plasma cutting ,laser cutting or high-pressure water jets to cut because there are large amount of carbides in the hardfacing layer, so flame cutting can not work.
