Zhangjiagang YaoYu using open arc welding process to produce high wear resistant chromium carbide overlay plate, base steel plate is Q235B, or other customized steel such as stainless steel plate. Chinese Q235B is is equivalent to Japanese standard SS400 and Russian standard CT3.
SS400 is one of the marking method for Japanese steel plate, equivalent to the domestic steel Q235, but have some differences in the specific indicators, Q235 has requirements on C,Si,Mn,S,P and other elements content, but SS400 only requires S, P is less than 0.050. Q235 yield strength is greater than 235 MPa, while the yield strength of SS400 is 245MPa.
