YAOYU chromium carbide overlay plate is available in many range of thickness and size, wear plates are dimensionally correct as your requested size, overlay thickness may vary within 1mm but min, so minimum thickness is assured.
- Standard thickness are : 10mm (4 on 6), 12mm (6 on 6), 13mm (5 on 8), 14mm (6 on 8),15mm (7 on 8),16mm (8 on 8),18mm (8 on 10),19mm (9 on 10),20mm (10 on 10), 21mm (9 on 12) and 24mm (12 on 12)
- Standard sheet size: 1475*3050mm, 1524*3048mm, 1500*3000mm

Our chromium carbide wear plate is open arc welding process, YAOYU overlay plate surface is flat and smooth, has visible and well developed pattern of welding cracks, which is the outstanding feature of bimetallic overlay plate distinguished with other wear resistant plate. The cracks are typical in this material and caused by stress relief due to high hardness.  If there were no cracks, users would be concerned, the cracks should be somewhat uniform and not of any considerable length, also should not propagate into the mild steel plate.

Also, YAOYU has pipe inside welding machine, can manufacture pipe with a chrome carbide overlay on the inside, or we roll the overlay plate into a pipe, your requested shapes by rolling machine.
